Hyde Park Festival Fun

We were so excited to join in the fun at the Hyde Park Festival for the first time this year.

We were so excited to join in the fun at the Hyde Park Festival for the first time this year. Run by The Rotary Club of North Perth the festival is Perth’s longest-running free community event, and it certainly lived up to the hype.

This year the festival brought all the usual favourites along with some new and exciting activations for families to enjoy. The Hyde Park Festival is a free event for every family member including your four-legged friends, with over 50 food stalls, 200 market stalls, rides for all ages, and free activations for families to get involved in.

Live entertainment, show bags, rides for all ages and so much more made the two day event which ran over the Labour Day long weekend on 2 and 3 March an absolute hit with the young, older and in-between.

The highly successful two-day festival attracted approximately 60,000 attendees over the two days.

We had a lot of fun at our stall offering tastings of our nom! recipe Chocolates Amazeballs and freshly made Coco Loco Balls.

Keeping kids engaged and giving parents and caregivers a few minutes of breathing space, we also provided temporary tattoos and a variety of other activities to spread the word about the importance of healthy eating in a fun and exciting way for the kiddies.

Free apples from Newton Orchards Manjimup, gave us a delicious way to further promote healthy food choices.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stall and our wonderful volunteers, we couldn’t do it without you!
