“I am writing to inform you of the absolute pleasure I had shopping at Foodbank Kalgoorlie, on the 23rd of December. My first point of contact with the receptionist was an absolute delight, she was very friendly and approachable and made me feel very welcome upon my arrival.”

“Being a new customer to Foodbank I was a little apprehensive and nervous about how I would be received. Due to severe domestic violence by now ex-husband and gaining sole custody of our youngest children I found myself struggling to cope financially as I was cut off from all access to any financial support. Working two jobs to pay rent and expenses Foodbank was a life saver for my family and I.

Which brings me to the highlight of my visit being the lady at the weighbridge an elderly English lady who was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so welcome and happy to be there, from her pleasant and welcoming attitude which made the visit such a delight and had me feeling so happy upon our departure. I very much look forward to shopping again with Foodbank due to these two ladies who in my opinion are the absolute delight of the shop.
