Helping Communities Recover
Disasters don’t just leave material damage behind—they leave families without homes, workers without incomes, and entire communities struggling to recover for months. We know the hardship doesn’t end when the storm passes or the floodwaters recede. That’s why Foodbank is there with these affected communities for the long haul, providing essential food and grocery relief well beyond the initial emergency. Because food security isn’t just about emergency relief—it’s about resilience.

Support Foodbank Queensland
Foodbank Queensland is on the ground, working with local community partners to get food and essential supplies to impacted areas, including Hervey Bay, the Bay Islands, Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Gatton, and Laidley.
Or you can donate at your local ALDI checkout!
From 11–31 March, you can donate to Foodbank Australia at the checkout when shopping at ALDI stores nationwide. ALDI will match all donations up to $100,000, doubling the impact of your support.
In addition, ALDI Australia is donating up to $150,000 worth of food and essential items to Foodbank to help communities affected by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred.
Your support means families won’t have to face this alone. Together, we can help communities get back on their feet.
