Superhero competition submissions

Being a Foodbank South Australia & Central Australia Superhero means you can enter our regular competitions. Throughout the year we will be giving you the opportunity to submit an activity you have completed to go in the running to WIN a prize.

Current competitions

Be humble – This term, we encourage you to help brighten someone’s day by being kind. To do this we would like you to create ‘Superhero kindness rocks’ to help bring a smile to someone’s face. You could write some kind words on your rocks including, ‘spread kindness’, ‘you are a superhero’, ‘you can!’ or ‘smile’. Then you can hide them around your community. Make sure you take a photo of your rocks and let us know where you have put them.
