A Good Deed Feed!

On Friday 1st of November Subway restaurants around Australia are coming together again to fight hunger in celebration of World Sandwich Day.

With an ever-increasing number of Australians experiencing food insecurity and the demand for food relief reaching crisis levels in some areas, Subway Australia’s biggest event of the year, World Sandwich Day, is set to help the 1 in 5 Australians who have experienced food insecurity in the last year.

On Friday November 1st  for every sub purchased at a Subway Australia store, Subway will donate the cost of a meal (50c) to Foodbank for those seeking hunger relief.

We are inviting South Australians to have a ‘good deed feed’ by enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family on World Sandwich Day.

How you can support

  • Simply head into your closest Subway store on Friday 1st November and purchase a sub! By simply buying and enjoying your sub Subway will then donate a meal to Foodbank.
  • Encourage your friends to head to Subway by sharing on social media
  • You could also visit the Foodbank SA activation at the Subway Walkerville Store. You will be able to meet Foodbank and Subway ambassadors between 11am and 12:30pm.
